Prior to her present career in the financial field, Paula was a full-time R.N. for over 25 years working at Stanford Medical Center and most recently at Watsonville Community Hospital. She attended several of her clients in childbirth. For many years after tax season, Paula set sail across the Pacific as a nurse on the Training Ship Golden Bear, school ship of California State University-Semester at Sea Program. Now she works in the Caribbean as a first mate on a sail boat taking people on pleasure cruises. Paula has 4 grown children and her husband has 3 more.
